You'll establish strong business administration fundamentals while mastering how to evaluate, create, oversee, and safeguard information systems.
The BIS curriculum provides two specialization paths:
The IS Management track focuses on designing and overseeing information systems that drive organizational success.
The Cybersecurity Management track highlights Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) while ensuring IT strategies align with business objectives.
Based on your chosen skills, interests, and specialization, potential career paths include business process analyst, IT security administrator, IT project manager, IT auditor, application specialist, data modeler, GRC specialist, systems analyst, software quality tester, developer, database administrator, systems administrator, or various other tech-focused business roles.
Beyond theoretical knowledge, you'll gain hands-on experience through practical exercises modeled after real-world scenarios, allowing you to construct, troubleshoot, enhance, and manage information systems.
