The BioResource Research (BRR) program is an interdisciplinary bioscience degree focused on investigative studies to comprehend and conserve Earth's biological assets while discovering innovative, sustainable applications. BRR participants engage in an extensive guided research project within advanced domains of agricultural, biological, chemical, environmental, food, or health sciences. Mentorship comes from OSU faculty across departments, extension stations, and governmental agencies. Every student's advanced coursework is customized according to their selected specialization and research focus. Beyond research proficiency, BRR graduates develop robust bioscience knowledge, professional preparation, and analytical/communication abilities. These competencies prepare them for careers in research institutions, environmental stewardship, or advanced studies in life sciences and medical fields.
