Anthropology aims to foster understanding of humanity's intricate diversity across time, examining cultural, biological, and environmental dimensions. An Anthropology degree cultivates cultural awareness and equips graduates for diverse careers in education, public service, law, business, media, and healthcare that value liberal arts training. It particularly prepares students for roles demanding intercultural competence, global engagement, and cultural resource management. The program offers a strong foundation for advanced studies, with four specialization tracks: archaeology, biocultural studies, cultural/linguistic anthropology, and general anthropology. Choosing and completing one of these concentrations is mandatory for obtaining an Anthropology degree.
