The Biological Associate of Science program aims to spark students' curiosity about life sciences, foster analytical thinking regarding nature's processes, and develop scientifically knowledgeable individuals capable of making well-informed choices on biological matters.
Admission to Orange Coast College is granted to those applicants who meet at least one of the following requirements:
High school graduation.
Certificate of Proficiency or a G.E.D. from the State of California.
Attainment of 18 years of age and who, in the judgment of college officials, is capable of profiting from instruction at our college.
Enrolment between the 9th to 12th grade and recommendation for advanced academic or vocational college level study.
English proficiency tests:
A valid test result should not be older than 2-years from the date an application for admission is submitted.
