The OSU Master of Business Administration (MBA) program fosters an innovative culture that replicates the teamwork-driven atmosphere of the business world while enhancing interpersonal abilities that distinguish OSU MBA graduates in today's competitive employment landscape. Statistics collected from approximately 90% of the 308 MBA graduates in 2017 reveal that 98.4% secured employment, received job offers, or made alternative plans within three months after completing their degree.
This MBA program requires 33 to 36 credit hours and can be finished in just one year. Students have the opportunity to focus on specific career specializations, with concentration courses counting as electives toward their MBA. The curriculum covers essential subjects such as organizational management principles, corporate strategy development, project execution techniques, data analysis methods, ethical decision-making, financial statement analysis, corporate funding strategies, marketing leadership approaches, and optimization analytics.
