The OSU Master of Business Administration (MBA) program fosters an innovative culture that replicates the teamwork-driven atmosphere of the business sector while enhancing interpersonal abilities to distinguish OSU MBA graduates in the workforce. Based on career outcome data collected from approximately 90% of the 308 MBA graduates in 2017, an impressive 98.4% secured employment, received job offers, or had other plans established within three months after graduation.
This 33 to 36-credit hour MBA program can be finished in just one year. Students have the opportunity to focus their studies through specialized career tracks, with concentration courses counting as electives toward the MBA degree. The curriculum covers essential subjects such as organizational management principles, corporate strategy development, project execution, data analysis techniques, ethical decision-making, financial statements, corporate finance, marketing strategy, and advanced analytics methods.
