Entrepreneurship involves creating, establishing, and operating new businesses. This degree program examines startup ventures and corporate innovation, emphasizing three key aspects: cultivating an entrepreneurial approach, acquiring skills to operate small or family-owned enterprises, and mastering innovation and change leadership.
Our curriculum concentrates on four core components: fostering an entrepreneurial perspective, gaining startup expertise, managing and expanding small or family businesses, and driving organizational transformation. The bachelor's program regularly earns recognition among the nation's top 25 by the Princeton Review. The Riata Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship serves as a resource hub, offering students competition opportunities, workshops, personalized mentorship, and startup funding access.

Achievements in Business Competitions
Students participate in national business plan contests. Graduate teams from the School of Entrepreneurship won first place in the prestigious statewide LOVE's Cup competition during 2018, 2022, and 2023. Participants also benefit from specialized entrepreneurship internships, contests, international study programs, and financial awards.
