Qualification Requirements

- An earned 4-year baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university prior to beginning graduate studies.
- The university requires, at minimum, a cumulative grade point average equivalent of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (B grade) in all prior undergraduate and graduate level work. The School of Communication requires a minimum cumulative grade point average equivalent to at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for prior undergraduate work and, if applicable, at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in prior graduate level work.

- 640 Paper-based TOEFL
- 111 Internet-based TOEFL (IBT); a score of 28 on the speaking section of the IBT required for financial aid
