The modern workplace is becoming increasingly intricate, with rapid transformations occurring at an unprecedented rate. This creates a prime environment for bold, forward-thinking leaders to drive meaningful change through an organization's most adaptable asset: its workforce. Northwestern University's Master's Program in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) empowers professionals to capitalize on these opportunities and advance their careers. Whether you're a seasoned executive seeking innovative approaches to workplace transformation, an HR or L&D manager tackling change management obstacles, or an emerging professional aiming to become an organizational consultant who values human dynamics as much as analytics, our program meets you where you are. Our intimate cohort of 120-140 students typically includes professionals from all these backgrounds and beyond, united by their desire to revolutionize how they approach organizational change. No matter where students begin their journey, we provide personalized career guidance throughout the program, resulting in over 50% of our part-time students transitioning to new roles before graduation.
We require a strong academic record from an accredited university or college, resulting in a baccalaureate degree. For applicants with a GPA below 3.2 on a 4.0 scale, we strongly recommend GMAT or GRE scores from the prior 24 months.
For the TOEFL, an applicant must score 100 or higher on the internet-based test (iBT), 250 or higher on the computer-based test (CBT) and 600 or higher on the paper-based test (PBT).
The minimum score in each of the four sections (reading, writing, listening and speaking) is Band 7.
