The Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies program equips you for careers across various sectors (such as legal, corporate, government, nonprofit, and education) while fostering engaged citizenship in our diverse society. Through intersectional feminist frameworks and LGBTQ+ scholarship, we develop the analytical abilities needed to understand today's complex social and political landscape. Our curriculum examines systems of power, identity formation, and disparities at local, national, and global levels. Graduates emerge with the tools to advocate effectively for justice and inclusion while serving their communities responsibly. Coursework incorporates critical analysis, personal reflection, artistic expression, and social action. Students work together to form vibrant learning environments where underrepresented individuals find connection and collective purpose.
