The program emphasizes practical application, with students implementing learned theories through collaborative construction projects in lab settings.

Rooted in a broad liberal arts education, our program incorporates essential training in communication, quantitative reasoning, and natural sciences. Upon completion, graduates will have demonstrated proficiency in construction science fundamentals such as material applications, structural system evaluation, design methodologies, technical illustration, and land measurement. Additionally, they'll acquire essential business knowledge covering financial accounting, economic principles, commercial law, and organizational leadership strategies.
