The PPE program at Northeastern University integrates three fundamental disciplines for comprehending our world: political science, philosophy, and economics. This interdisciplinary major equips students with analytical frameworks from these distinct fields while fostering the ability to draw connections between them and maintain multifaceted viewpoints when examining intricate societal issues. Such cross-disciplinary thinking and skills prove invaluable in our globally connected era, proving crucial for solving the complex challenges tomorrow's leaders will face. Political science offers insights into governance systems both domestically and internationally. Hands-on experiences range from a summer program at the United Nations in Geneva to internships at prestigious institutions like the White House or British Parliament. Students can contribute to campus political publications or join one of America's premier Model NATO teams.
