First-year applicants must complete and submit the Self-Reported Academic Record (SRAR). After your application is received and processed, you can access your SRAR via the Application Status Check portal.
Official high school transcripts must be mailed directly to Northeastern from your school by the application due date. Transcripts submitted by students, family members, or independent consultants will not be considered valid.
First-year candidates need to submit an academic record showing final marks for grades 9 through 11 (or their international equivalents).
190 to 202 points on C1 Advanced (CAE) or C2 Proficiency (CPE)
130 to 145 score on the Duolingo English Test (DET)
7.0 to 8.0 band score on IELTS Academic
68 to 81 points on PTE Academic
99 to 112 on TOEFL iBT (Northeastern accepts both test center and Home Edition versions. Use institution code 3667 for score reporting.)
