This pathway fulfills the requirements for an AAS-T Electronics Engineering Technology degree. It readies students for entry into Central Washington University's (CWU) Bachelor of Science (BS) program in Electronics Engineering Technology and for professional roles. Participants in this pathway gain the essential qualifications for positions such as electronic technician, engineering aide, or failure analysis technician, making them highly sought after by employers due to their expertise in hands-on engineering tasks. Acquire skills in repairing, maintaining, analyzing, and troubleshooting electronic systems with standard lab tools and simulation software.
All prospective applicants who are interested in applying must meet the following requirements:
• Be at least 16 years old by start of intended quarter
• Completed at least the 1st semester of Grade 10 high school or equivalent
• Applicants under 18 years old must meet the minimum B grade average.
PROOF OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
NSC does not require the TOEFL or IELTS test scores for admission. However, if you have any of the following with the minimum described below, you will be eligible to register in college-level courses. Test or course must have been completed within 2 years for placement.
