The M.S. program features three specialized pathways: Applied Criminal Justice, Criminology, and a Plan C alternative tailored for professionals in criminal justice and social service fields. This curriculum aims to develop students' abilities in comprehending, collecting, processing, and evaluating research within criminology and criminal justice. It focuses on examining, assessing, and interpreting crime causation and the criminal justice system's approaches. Core coursework includes fundamental studies in theory, policy, and research methodologies, along with three key concentrations: 1) criminology, 2) law enforcement, and 3) rehabilitation systems. Participants may select one area for specialization.
