The Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering provides three distinct graduate programs in construction management, detailed as follows.

Master of Science in Construction Management (MSCM)
This on-campus Master of Science program emphasizes research, requiring 31 total credits (including 24 course credits, 6 research/thesis credits, and 1 seminar credit). Participants must actively contribute to scholarly publications and assist in preparing research grant proposals under their faculty advisor's guidance.

Qualification Requirements

Have earned a baccalaureate degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or other related discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent to attain full standing.
Submit Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score.
Submit a one-page 'Statement of Purpose outlining reasons for pursuing the Master of Science in Construction Management, emphasizing on research objectives and qualifications that directly relate to one or more of the Research Interests of the CM&E faculty.
Submit a two-page resume.

At the baccalaureate level, the applicant must have earned a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0, or equivalent, to attain full standing in a graduate degree program.
