The School of Natural Resource Sciences offers Natural Resources Management (NRM) programs designed to equip students with the skills needed to tackle modern environmental issues. Students can pursue a Master of Natural Resources Management (M.N.R.M.), Master of Science (M.S.), or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in NRM. These interdisciplinary degrees take a comprehensive, systems-oriented approach to resource management, enabling graduates to excel in careers requiring cross-disciplinary problem-solving. The curriculum emphasizes sustainable solutions that balance ecological and societal needs.
For the M.N.R.M. degree, students must complete at least 30 semester credits of coursework in their chosen specialization and deliver an oral presentation on a self-selected NRM topic.
