The Management major is a four-year degree program combining general education, pre-professional coursework, core business fundamentals (including accounting, finance, management, marketing, and information systems), international perspectives, and specialized management courses. Students can further specialize by selecting Human Resource Management or Supply Chain Management tracks to develop targeted expertise. The program cultivates essential business acumen and leadership capabilities such as strategic planning, organizational skills, analytical problem-solving, effective communication, collaborative teamwork, and executive leadership.
