Our management program features a thoughtfully crafted curriculum that motivates and equips students to address the challenges of modern business and organizational environments. As a dynamic and continuously evolving discipline, management education here emphasizes cultivating critical analysis, communication abilities, leadership qualities, analytical proficiency, and global perspectives. The effectiveness of our program is demonstrated by our graduates' achievements in securing positions across corporate, industrial, and non-profit sectors, along with their strengthened capabilities in strategic planning, organizational coordination, collaborative work, and informed decision-making.
Spanning four years, the Management major combines broad liberal arts education, foundational business studies (covering accounting, finance, management, marketing, and information systems), international perspectives, and specialized management coursework. Students can further specialize through optional concentrations in Human Resource Management or Supply Chain Management to develop targeted expertise. The curriculum fosters essential business acumen and management capabilities such as strategic planning, organizational development, creative problem-solving, data analysis, effective communication, team collaboration, and leadership. This comprehensive preparation enables our management graduates to excel and take charge in the constantly changing worlds of commercial enterprises and non-profit institutions.
