The Department of Physics offers expanding programs for both undergraduate and graduate students. Despite this growth, the department maintains a relatively compact size, fostering one-on-one connections between students and all 12 faculty members. Students get involved in research initiatives from an early stage, frequently earning co-authorship in peer-reviewed journals and showcasing their findings at local and national conferences. Our students demonstrate remarkable involvement, consistently excelling in the University Physics Competition while actively supporting diverse outreach programs. This curriculum is designed for those seeking enhanced mathematical training and preparation for advanced academic studies or scientific professions, particularly in theoretical physics.
