The Department of Communication provides journalism as one of its four primary degree options. This program equips students with skills for both traditional print and electronic broadcast media. With a focus on multiplatform journalism and digital narrative techniques, the curriculum prepares students for modern media environments. Journalism majors can pursue either a Bachelor of Science (requiring a complementary minor) or a Bachelor of Arts (which mandates foreign language competency).
