In essence, graphic designers transform content into visually compelling forms across various platforms—from printed materials to digital displays, small-scale items like business cards to large formats such as billboards, and from user interfaces to cinematic visuals. Their most valuable expertise lies in crafting targeted messages by skillfully arranging typography, imagery, systems, and layouts. Their creations serve to advertise, instruct, guide, enlighten, reveal, simplify, enhance, and entertain. The Graphic Design program at the College of Design has earned national acclaim for its exceptional curriculum, distinguished faculty, and the achievements of its alumni. Students dive into the field starting their first year, progressing through foundational, thematic, and specialized studio courses. Freshman applicants must submit an official high school transcript (academic record)
IELTS Academic: 6.5 or higher (minimum of 6.5 in each sub score)
TOEFL IBT: 85 or higher (minimum of 18 in each sub score)
PTE Academic: 62 or higher (minimum of 53 in each sub score)
English Composition I and II from an accredited U.S. College or University: Grade of C or higher
