The Instrumental Performance Bachelor of Music program offers students rigorous mentorship from globally recognized performers and educators. Individualized training is complemented by coursework in music theory, history, chamber music, and performance techniques. Participants engage in numerous performance experiences, including solo repertoire development and specialized training in chamber, contemporary, and orchestral works. Performance venues include symphony orchestras, repertory ensembles, full-scale musical theater and opera productions, string and wind chamber groups, percussion collectives, modern music groups, and jazz bands. Additionally, masterclasses with distinguished faculty and guest artists create platforms for performance, collaboration, and education. The program also offers music business courses leading to industry internships, a music technology curriculum, introductory music therapy studies, and other electives.
