The Instrumental Performance Bachelor of Music program offers students concentrated study with internationally recognized performers and educators. Individual lessons are complemented by coursework in music theory, history, chamber music, and performance techniques. Students engage in diverse performance opportunities, including solo repertoire development and focused training in chamber, contemporary, and orchestral works. Performance options include symphony and repertory orchestras, full-scale opera and musical theater productions, string and wind ensembles, percussion groups, modern music collectives, and jazz bands. Master classes featuring distinguished faculty and guest artists offer additional platforms for performance, collaboration, and education. The program also includes music business courses for industry internships, a music technology curriculum, an introduction to music therapy, and other electives.
