Your BFA journey starts with Parsons' foundational first-year program, common to all undergraduate degrees. Starting sophomore year, you'll focus on major-specific coursework, selecting from four pathways: Collection, Materiality, Fashion Product, or Systems and Society. Art and design history/theory classes enhance your research, writing, and analytical abilities, while university electives expand your worldview.
