To obtain a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, students must satisfy both University and College criteria while completing the department's core requirements. They must select one of six specialization tracks: General Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science and Insurance, Mathematical Foundations, Secondary Mathematics Education, or Probability and Statistics. All courses, whether departmental or nondepartmental, require a minimum grade of C- for degree completion within the Department of Mathematical Sciences.
