The Paralegal Specialist Certificate in Corporations is designed to equip you with essential legal skills for effectively and ethically supporting corporate law practices. This corporate paralegal program delivers top-tier academic and hands-on training. The corporations specialization focuses on case evaluation, legal research, and documentation related to establishing, operating, and terminating corporate entities. Approved by the American Bar Association, the program is available online and in the Los Angeles area, blending rigorous academics with practical paralegal training.
To earn this certificate, students must complete 90 quarter units, including 8 legal specialty courses. The American Bar Association mandates a minimum of 27 quarter units in general education across three disciplines, such as social sciences, natural sciences, mathematics, humanities, foreign languages, or English.
All lower division general education requirements must be fulfilled at National University or another regionally-accredited institution. Students without transfer credits may need to take additional general electives to meet the total unit requirements for the degree.
