The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) equips students with the expertise to assess their own leadership abilities and understand the elements that foster organizational success, along with implementing effective leadership strategies.
Participants will develop skills for guiding diverse groups, resolving disputes, and fostering an environment of ongoing growth. This degree prepares graduates for leadership roles across various sectors, such as public institutions, nonprofit organizations, and corporate enterprises.
The MSOL is a 30-credit curriculum consisting of 18 core credits, 9 specialization credits, and 3 capstone credits. To earn the degree, students must complete all 30 credits, with the option to focus on a specialized area of their choosing.
