If you're someone with a strong sense of empathy who wants to positively impact people's lives, pursuing a career as a marriage and family therapist can be deeply rewarding.
National University's Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology program equips you to support couples, children, and families through emotional challenges and psychological concerns. Our curriculum encourages students to examine therapeutic approaches from both client and practitioner viewpoints, fostering comprehensive understanding and developing skilled counseling professionals.
Earning the Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology requires completion of 90 quarter units of graduate coursework. Students may transfer up to 13.5 quarter units from another accredited institution, provided these credits are relevant to the degree program and haven't been applied toward another graduate degree.
