The Associate of Science in Hospitality and Restaurant Management equips students for mid-level roles or Manager-In-Training opportunities within the hospitality sector. The curriculum provides hands-on experience and leadership development in key areas including: food safety protocols, culinary operations, front-of-house service coordination, team leadership, budgeting, accounting principles, hotel administration, and legal aspects of hospitality.
