The Computer and Networking Technology program equips students with the skills to work as computer and network support specialists. The curriculum covers essential topics including electrical fundamentals, electronics, operating systems, computer maintenance, problem-solving techniques, and client interaction, along with specialized instruction in networking, server management, and cybersecurity. Participants gain hands-on experience in setting up, customizing, maintaining, diagnosing, and fixing computer systems and network infrastructures. Graduates will be ready to complete CompTIA's A+, Network+, Server+, and Security+ certification exams, administered at authorized testing locations nationwide. These globally recognized credentials serve as key standards for IT professionals. Additionally, students will develop fundamental competencies that provide a foundation for pursuing other specialized IT certifications in computer and networking disciplines. The program offers two certificate options in Computer and Networking Technology.
