The Baking and Pastry Degree program equips students for professional roles in bakeries, restaurants, catering companies, hotels, and various food service establishments. Through hands-on experience with commercial equipment, students develop essential baking skills including: production techniques, confectionery arts, custom cake design, dessert presentation, artisanal bread baking, menu creation, portion management, and cost efficiency. Graduates who fulfill all program requirements will obtain Food Protection Manager Certification.
