The Master of Music program cultivates exceptional performing artists at the postgraduate level. This advanced degree trains individuals pursuing careers as opera vocalists, solo performers, orchestral players, accompanists, music creators, or conductors. Participants may aim to establish private teaching practices, either as their primary profession or as one component of a multifaceted musical career. Qualification Requirements

The Graduate School requires the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree in Music in order to be eligible to apply for a graduate program. Applicants with non-U.S. degrees need not submit transcripts. Instead, they must submit a course-by-course evaluation along with U.S. degree equivalency information of their coursework from any member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services or by Educated Choices.

Statement of Purpose
Letters of Recommendation: Two.

A minimum TOEFL score of at least 83 on the internet-based test (iBT) or 62 on the paper-based test (pBT).
For IELTS test takers, the minimum required score is 6.5.
