The Combined Degree program lets undergrads take graduate-level courses during their senior year, applying these "swing courses" toward both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees. This accelerated pathway typically allows students to complete both degrees in about five years through focused study. Undergraduates exploring this option can check the University's Combined Programs site for specific requirements.
The Dual Certification Combined Degree is a five-year track that results in Mathematics teaching certification (grades P-12), Special Education certification, plus both undergraduate and graduate degrees. Applicants must gain admission to the Teacher Education Program during their undergrad studies. Successful completion of the bachelor's portion is required before advancing to the one-year master's program through the Graduate School.
