The Bachelor of Arts in Language, Business and Culture is a collaborative, cross-disciplinary program jointly provided by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences and the Feliciano School of Business. This unique curriculum merges in-depth language and cultural studies (with options including Arabic, French, German, Italian, or Spanish) with essential business training, equipping graduates for dynamic career opportunities both domestically and internationally.
Students examine the importance of foreign language proficiency in today's interconnected world by refining their language abilities and implementing this expertise across various business and professional domains. The program cultivates both technical and interpersonal competencies valued by employers: adaptable interpersonal skills such as cultural awareness, written and verbal communication, analytical reasoning, and mental agility, alongside foundational knowledge in global commerce, accounting, economic principles, financial management, technology, and international business communications.
