Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies with a Focus on Human Development & Family Studies
Montana State's Human Development & Family Studies program offers an interdisciplinary approach, equipping students for professional roles supporting individuals and families across various fields, from therapy to community services. Graduates of this program qualify to pursue provisional certification as Certified Family Life Educators or may continue their education in counseling or social work graduate programs.
Freshmen will be considered for admission on the basis of their secondary school record and their English proficiency. Applicants who can prove their English language proficiency and have a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.5/4.0 on a U.S. scale will qualify for admission.

Application Deadlines Fall Semester: July 1; Spring Semester: November 15; Summer Session: March 15.
