The Food Enterprise program equips students with entrepreneurial and innovative approaches to food production and advancement. Participants explore creating unique products using Montana's indigenous specialty crops while gaining practical experience in sustainability and rural hospitality through internships or work at the on-campus Towne's Harvest Garden. Food Enterprise graduates pursue careers in food manufacturing, distribution, or launching their own food-related ventures. Montana State's Hospitality Management program also provides two additional specialization paths: Lodging & Facilities Management and Restaurant Management: Farm-to-Table.
