Students who complete the two-year Aviation Electronics Technology (Avionics) program at Gallatin College MSU will acquire practical and technical avionics skills for the aviation sector. Through hands-on experience with aircraft electronics and related electrical systems, you'll develop the ability to test, diagnose, and fix components for communication, navigation, instrument, and control systems. Graduates will be ready to obtain industry certifications and pursue careers as technicians in aircraft electronics maintenance and repair, securing well-paid positions in an industry with high demand for these specialized skills
The Aviation Electronics Technology program is offered by Gallatin College MSU, the two-year college serving southwest Montana.
Freshmen will be considered for admission on the basis of their secondary school record and their English proficiency. Applicants who can prove their English language proficiency and have a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.5/4.0 on a U.S. scale will qualify for admission.
