It integrates physiological, biomechanical, and psychological training principles to design personalized programs for individuals and teams. Graduates pursue careers as sport scientists, strength coaches, personal trainers, or corporate wellness specialists. The curriculum prepares students for the NSCA's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam and careers in the field. The Kinesiology Department tracks key metrics including CSCS exam pass rates, along with graduate placement, completion, and retention statistics for program evaluation.
