The full-time Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) is a two-year program that equips students for leadership positions in international corporations, ranging from junior management to executive levels. The curriculum focuses on developing strategic business perspectives, enhancing leadership capabilities, and building comprehensive functional expertise while allowing specialization in a specific area to ensure professional success.
Participants in the full-time M.B.A. program must specialize in one of these areas: business analytics, finance, human resources and strategic management, marketing, or supply chain operations. Students can customize their studies through elective courses aligned with their career aspirations, including options in risk assessment, organizational development, data analytics, innovation, consulting, entrepreneurial ventures, international business, leadership strategies, or performance optimization. Joint degree coursework requires authorization from the full-time M.B.A. Program Director, who may also approve relevant courses from other academic departments.
