The agricultural, food, and natural resources education curriculum equips students for careers as school instructors in these fields or similar educational roles. Our program blends classroom and lab instruction with hands-on learning through professional internships, community initiatives, and study abroad opportunities - allowing students to translate academic knowledge into practical solutions. Graduates who fulfill the major requirements, complete teacher certification, and accumulate at least 4,000 hours of relevant work experience become eligible for a career and technical teaching endorsement in agricultural education.
