The Master of Science in Computer Science program aims to equip students for computing careers demanding research, innovation, and expert knowledge. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on research experience, students gain the skills to work at the forefront of computer science. This is a thesis-driven program focused on original research.
The curriculum requires at least 31 credit hours. Students must fulfill both research and advanced study components. The research component involves four credit hours of research methodology courses plus a minimum of nine thesis research hours. The coursework component consists of 18 graduate-level credit hours. Program participants are required to attend thesis proposals, defenses, and other academic presentations throughout their enrollment.
