Engineering Management offers an interdisciplinary method for tackling modern global complexities. Today's highly competitive businesses need professionals who possess strong technical knowledge, business acumen, an entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership abilities enhanced by a comprehensive liberal education. The Engineering Management curriculum integrates classes in engineering, business and entrepreneurship, science, mathematics, and liberal arts. Its purpose is to cultivate your engineering and business skills, social consciousness, and interpersonal communication abilities. Graduates receive a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree. Note: Students completing the Entrepreneurship concentration are ineligible for the Entrepreneurship minor.

This concentration establishes a base in paper science and engineering while equipping students with the technical expertise, capabilities, and talents necessary to devise practical solutions for challenges in the paper industry or related sectors. Graduates contribute to innovation and advancements in sustainability within the pulp and paper field. The concentration's additional learning outcomes include: the capacity to strategize, identify, design, and evaluate solutions for issues in the paper industry or affiliated companies, and the ability to exhibit the organizational, leadership, and broad communication skills essential for professionals in the worldwide pulp and paper sector.
