The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program prepares students with essential knowledge and competencies to thrive in today's dynamic business environment. Beyond foundational courses, students can focus their studies in specialized areas including Accounting, Digital Media, Finance, Healthcare Administration, HR Management, General Management, Marketing, or Software Engineering.
Additional credentialing options include graduate certificates in Cybersecurity Response, Cybersecurity Testing, Data Analysis, or Project Management. Participants can tailor electives to match their professional aspirations and personal interests.
Flexible scheduling options include evening classes, online delivery, and both part-time or accelerated full-time formats. The program holds ACBSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs) accreditation.

The program requires completion of 36 credit hours, comprising 27 core credits and 9 elective credits. Students may opt for a specialization track or certificate program (12 credits).
Prerequisite courses may be necessary depending on academic background. Non-business undergraduates must complete BUS-501 (Business Overview), while those without accounting coursework need ACCT 509 (Financial Accounting). These prerequisite credits don't count toward degree requirements.
Credit transfer limitations apply for students pursuing additional graduate credentials in Accounting, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Software Development. MBA graduates cannot subsequently enroll in the Management & Leadership master's program, and vice versa.
