The Engineering Dual Degree program at Maryville collaborates with the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Washington University, the University of Missouri Kansas City, or Missouri University of Science and Technology. Engineers typically focus their expertise and build careers in various specialties such as biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
To be considered for admission, applicants should have: A high school diploma with a minimum of 22 units of credits; A high school grade point average of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale). Applicants who do not meet the criteria listed above will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to submit a personal statement before an admission decision is made. The following are acceptable means of providing proof of English proficiency: TOEFL: 69 overall with no sub score lower than 15, or IELTS: 6.0 with no sub score lower than 5, or DET: 95, or PTE Academic: 47 or ELS Centre: Level 112 completed with a 2.5 grade or better. Application deadline: June 1st for the Fall semester and by November 1st for the Spring semester.
