Organizational leadership is an interdisciplinary field of study that focuses on the human side of organizations and the application of leadership theory to practice.
The degree prepares students for careers in management and leadership in corporate, not-for-profit, and community organizations. The program starts with a strong liberal arts core, and then incorporates coursework in leadership, business, and human resources. You also identify a specific focus that enables you to custom design your major to support your interests and career goals.
To be considered for admission, applicants should have: A high school diploma with a minimum of 22 units of credits; A high school grade point average of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale). Applicants who do not meet the criteria listed above will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be asked to submit a personal statement before an admission decision is made. The following are acceptable means of providing proof of English proficiency: TOEFL: 69 overall with no sub score lower than 15, or IELTS: 6.0 with no sub score lower than 5, or DET: 95, or PTE Academic: 47 or ELS Centre: Level 112 completed with a 2.5 grade or better. Application deadline: June 1st for the Fall semester and by November 1st for the Spring semester.
