For those passionate about both business and political science/international relations, Marquette University's Graduate School of Management collaborates with the Graduate School to provide a dual-degree program. This unique offering allows students to earn both an MBA and an MA in either political science or international affairs. Applicants must submit separate applications to both the Graduate School of Management and the Graduate School, meeting each program's admission criteria. The curriculum is designed to optimize students' efforts by minimizing redundancy while ensuring comprehensive education in both disciplines. Up to 9 qualifying political science or international affairs credits can be applied toward MBA requirements, while the Graduate School may count up to 9 MBA credits toward the MA. Students coordinate with both departments to fulfill all degree requirements, with a maximum of 18 shared credits between the two degrees—reducing the total coursework and tuition by approximately one year.
