High school students applying to Marquette University can seek direct admission into the 5-year Accelerated Degree Program (ADP), which combines an undergraduate Exercise Physiology (EXPH) degree with a Master's in Athletic Training (MATR). Prospective students should submit their application through the Common App, which includes an essay specifically for the athletic training program. To finish both degrees in five years, undergraduates must major in Exercise Physiology. Accepted MATR candidates who didn't initially select EXPH as their major will be contacted to choose between switching to this accelerated track or completing a different undergraduate major alongside the MATR in six years.
