Our world grows increasingly interconnected through the rapid sharing of thoughts and data, with computer engineering students playing a pivotal role in this transformation. Whether it's vast international communication networks or the compact mobile devices accessing them, computer engineers create the hardware and software that powers worldwide commerce. As a computer engineering undergraduate, you'll gain hands-on experience in our specialized labs: Advanced Computing Technology, Knowledge and Information Discovery, and Intelligent Systems and Controls. You can complete a computer engineering degree alongside minors in computer science and mathematics within four years—no summer classes required. Select from diverse electives to gain specialized knowledge in software engineering, hardware engineering, computer applications, or intelligent systems. Focusing on intelligent systems allows you to explore technologies modeled after the human brain's neural networks, nature's most sophisticated computing system.
