Countless Americans put their money into mutual funds and individual stocks, while even more rely on retirement plan payouts. Businesses generate and allocate trillions in capital each year. Central to this system are financial experts who evaluate and enhance investment worth for both households and global corporations. Marquette University offers one of the country's few undergraduate programs in practical investment management, giving a chosen set of finance students real-world investing experience through hands-on coursework and portfolio management in their final year. Students in the finance program learn material aligned with the CFA Level I exam, equipping them to pursue certification post-graduation. Over 50% of our finance students complete at least one compensated internship.
